Mr. Varun Kacholia is the Founder of SNA Finlife Advisors LLP. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston USA and a qualified management graduate, and has also completed the PGCIB program from India’s prestigious institute, IIM Indore. With over 16 years of extensive experience in the corporate sector, Mr. Varun has developed strong expertise in strategic and financial advisory services. He has been serving as a Board Member of NSE-listed Rex Pipe and Cable Industries Ltd. since January 2026 and Accuracy Shipping Ltd. since February 2023.
B.K Sharma
Mr. B.K Sharma is qualified CA, CS & LLB. He is expertise in Corporate & Securities Law matters. He is having vast experience of 30 years in corporate sector. He served Delhi Stock Exchange as General Manager; Jaipur Stock Exchange as Executive Director and various organisations as CEO/Director/Corporate Advisor. He also served as Chairman of Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the ICSI in year 2010.

Mr. Pawan Lohia is a Practicing Chartered accountant, Registered Valuer and Insolvency professional having more than 23 years of experience in Valuation, Fund raising, Business Planning, Accounting, Finance, Costing & Budgeting, MIS, Taxation, Secretarial and legal. Pawan is a recognized expert on business valuation, banking, corporate finance and strategy, M&A and restructuring and internal controls.
Pawan uniquely blends his in-depth academic specialisation in valuation with his long years of practical exposure. He has worked in leadership positions in companies like AskmeFin, AskmeBazaar, Continental Carriers, Indiabulls and 99labels, VLCC- Middle East and Africa.
Pawan has Successfully implemented the Business plan and AOP and periodic performance tracking for the companies and quarterly reporting for review by Board of Directors.
Pawan is a number driven professional and helped companies in cost reduction measures and achieving EBITDA. He is thorough in cashflow and working capital management and Automation of Processes for smooth functioning of large organizations.
